A delegation is counted as such, if it contains more than or exactly two members. A maximum number is not set.
Instead of registering as a single delegate, please go to the section the boxes for single delegate and those that apply to registering a delegation on the website. Further, you will be asked to provide the name and a name of your delegation. Your delegates will then receive an email to finish their registration, thus their delegate kindly ask you to transfer the entire delegation fee in a single transaction.
Country and Committee Allocations
Allocations will take place on a weekly basis. However, delegates cannot be allocated until they have completed the filled out their profile, indicated their preferences and EuroMUN has received the payment. Furthermore, to be considered for a crisis position, delegates need to write a motivational letter and answer the indicated extra questions.
Is there the possibility to participate in a double delegation?
We will have no double delegations this year.
Do I have to write a motivation letter?
EuroMUN only requires a motivation letter for the Joint Cabinet Crisis, Historical Committee (in combination with answering the extra questions). However, it is strongly recommended to write one even for other committees as it helps to make a fair and informed decision regarding allocations of popular positions as well as choose another option if the preferences are not available anymore.
You can find study guides for all committees on our website or on MyMUN.
The deadline for the submission of position papers has yet to be announced. Position papers are submitted through the MyMUN system.
How much is the registration fee?
We will have an early bird fee of €85 until the 31st of January. After that date the fee will be of €99 before March 31st, 2017.
How can I pay?
EuroMUN provides three different ways to pay the Conference fee:
- Wire transfer
- iDeal (Netherlands only)
You will be asked to make a choice upon the last step of your registration process.
As soon as we receive your payment we will send you an e-mail of confirmation. This also serves as the official Invitation Letter. Your steps within the registration are then completed. The EuroMUN Team will allocate you as soon as possible with consideration of your country preferences.
Try to log on to your EuroMUN account. If that works, you can send us an e-mail and we will forward a payment reminder to you that contains all the necessary information on how to pay the conference fee. However, if you cannot log on to your account, the whole registration failed and you will have to register again with the activation link.
The Conference fee does not include accommodation, however you can find information on our recommended local accommodations here.
We are proud to be able to host city trip to Brussels, Belgium. This will take place for a few days in advance to the actual EuroMUN conference. Further and more detailed information about the city trips is available on our website.
Are the dates of the Pre-Program included in the Visa Letter?
Dates for the Pre-Program are not included in the Visa letter. Please keep this in mind while applying for a Visa. The application and reception of a Visa to attend both the Pre-Program and the Conference itself, is responsibility of the individual delegate. EuroMUN may in any case give supportive help, as outlined in the Visa Policy, but never guarantee a Visa.
For every evening there will be exciting social events. A schedule will be outlined in the Conference booklet and are published on the EuroMUN website: here. All of these activities are voluntarily. The costs for the social package including all social activities, amongst others the black tie event, the Delegates’ Dance, are not included in the conference fee.
