As previously mentioned, for the first time, the Crisis committee of EuroMUN is open to external staff. This means that we are looking for a Crisis Director, Backroom Staff, and Chairs. We are also proud to announce that, for the first time, we will be using the Deus software. Deus is a platform dedicated entirely to running crises in MUNs, designed to facilitate aspects of the management that were previously tedious.
The Crisis Director will be in charge of the whole crisis, that is, he will effectively be running the Crisis committee. He will also supervise the scenario, the coordination of the Backroom, and the conduct of the Crisis at the conference. There will be some oversight from the USG for Content, consisting of regular updates and discussion over points of concern. Even so, the Crisis Director has great autonomy to design and run the crisis. We are looking for candidates with a sound experience in MUN Crises and an interest in running the crisis of the largest MUN conference in continental Europe. Leadership is essential to the position, as well as creative thinking.
The Crisis Backroom Staff will, as usual, be the people behind the unfolding of the crisis. They will be tasked with the creation of the scenario, under the leadership of the Crisis Director, as well as the running of the crisis during the conference. Multitasking and team spirit, along with previous crisis experience, are qualities that would be highly appreciated.
