NATO

The North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO), also known as the North Alliance, safeguards the freedom and security of its members. Established in 1949, it is made up of 29 North American and European Countries. It primarily operates through the peaceful resolution of disputes, but it can also act through military actions. 

This will be a medium-sized expert Committee.
