This is Srruthi Lekha, from India, pursuing bachelors in international Relations in Germany.
She is highly interested in MUNs and has taken part, chaired and organised multiple MUNs. She won the best delegate award a number of times. She also works with the UN WOMEN Germany and in multiple social works. She has good experience chairing with different committees as well. Committees with extreme stances interest her more, nevertheless healthy debate and fruitful solutions are her priority. She was the joint convener of the department of international studies back in India, and has organised MUNs, with more than 500 participants. She also conducts workshops on integrating young minds with the responsibility of international welfare, by training them for conferences such as the model united nations. She owns a freelancing firm, which trains people for public speaking and personality development. She is a sensitization mentor, working on substance abuse and child abuse. She also trains social care workers for functional and professional development.
