UNHRC

The Human Rights Council protects one of the pillars of the United Nations. Formed in 2006, it is composed of 47 members elected to staggered three year terms. The Council investigates human rights violations around the world and may issue resolutions, calling for specific actions from States. 

In EuroMUN, it will be a small beginner committee.
