The Security Council is composed of 15 members of the United Nations, five permanent holding the Veto power and 10 are changing members through rotation. Its main responsibility is the maintenance of international peace and security. The UN members states have to comply with Security Council resolutions.
This will be a small, but a more advanced-level committee.
