UNWHO

The World Health Organization (WHO) is a specialized agency of the United Nations. Formed in 1948, it has its headquarters in Geneva and is a member of the United Nations Development Group. It regulates worldwide health issues and its main areas of outreach are epidemics, food security and substance abuse. 

This will be a medium sized intermediate committee.
